1. To create a new affiliate account with ccBill, click here
2. Once you create a new account, you will get an e-mail confirming your registration
3. Click the link at the bottom of your e-mail, and enter your Affiliate ID number, username and password
4. Once you are in the Affiliate Admin web site, you will see a text link that says "Tools." Click on that link and then you will have to click "Tools" again from the drop-down menu that appears.
