Why is my video playback choppy?

Here are a few possible reasons why you may be experiencing poor video playback. Higher quality video playback requires a better than average internet connection and computer processor. If you have a slow connection or older computer, you may experience issues. If you are experiencing choppy video playback try one of the following to resolve this:

1. Select a lower video quality.
2. Stop any files that you may be downloading in the background, closes programs that have been idle.
3. Try another browser and see if that helps. We recommend the latest versions of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox.

Difference between the video formats available for download?

1. MP4 is a modern format with excellent file compression while maintaining good video quality. It is available A newer computer is required to play back smoothly. Older computers may have trouble viewing this format and as a result, the picture may be jumpy on such systems. It runs natively in Windows Media Player on Windows Vista, 7 and 8 or Apple OSX.
2. WMV is an older format that will run well on older PCs. Anyone running a Windows PC using Windows Media Player is able to view this format.
3. IPHONE/MOBILE is an MP4 format specially optimised to be used on mobile devices.
